The key to evaluating a patient

You should search for a diagnosis when you evaluate your patient. What is the diagnosis? What evidence do you have from the patient’s history, physical exam findings, lab work, and imaging help you make the diagnosis? Without a working differential diagnosis, it is very easy to get side tracked during your evaluation.
