Psychiatry

2. What university/hospital did you match into?
UCSF

3. What is your personality type? ISTJ

4. What advice would you give someone with a similar personality type as you regarding: doing well on rotations, and residency applications?

Get along with people on the wards as best you can, be enthusiatic, ask others for advice and listen to a diverse group of mentors, trust your own instincts on what is right and wrong in social situations

8. What advice would you give a student who would like to get honors on rotations related to your specialty?

Be caring and complete, be open-minded and humble, ask a lot of questions, try to think about your patients and center your care around them. the most important thing is to have a sense of humor and get along with everyone.
