Hi, I’m moving out of my apartment this month, so this great room can be yours for $637/month. You would be sharing the hallway bathroom with 1 other female roommate. The bedroom has a large window with indirect sunlight, clean carpets, a nearly wall-to-wall closet, approx 11′x11′ (more than enough room for a desk, full bed, nightstand, small bookcase). The flat itself has skylights, a full kitchen (gas stove), living room with fireplace, and eating area. Utilities are not included, but amount to ~$50/month (wireless internet, basic cable, gas, electricity, water, garbage).
