1 bedroom available in a 3bd/2bath top floor (3rd floor) Inner Sunset flat!

Hi, I'm moving out of my apartment this month, so this great room can be yours for $637/month. You would be sharing the hallway bathroom with 1 other female roommate. The bedroom has a large window with indirect sunlight, clean carpets, a nearly wall-to-wall closet, approx 11'x11' (more than enough room for a desk, full bed, nightstand, small bookcase). The flat itself has skylights, a full kitchen (gas stove), living room with fireplace, and eating area. Utilities are not included, but amount to ~$50/month (wireless internet, basic cable, gas, electricity, water, garbage). A great deal, considering the prime location close to Irving St restaurants/groceries, the N-Judah, UCSF, and Golden Gate Park. If you have a car, there's only street parking. We're looking for a responsible, studious female student (no smoking/drugs/pets) to share this apartment with 2 other professional school students (1 male pharmacy student, 1 female nursing student). Thanks!

Bedroom available in 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt - Rent $879, deposit $1000, Move-in June 1

My fabulous roommate is graduating and moving on to residency and I would love to find another UCSF student to live with.

I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a quiet 2-story building on 40th Ave between Irving and Judah. There is a spacious living room, dining area and a furnished kitchen. We don’t have a washer/dryer, but there’s a clean Laundromat 1 block away. The unit is 9 blocks to Ocean beach and 1 block from Golden Gate Park. It is 1 block from the N-Judah line so it is easy to catch and you don’t have to put up with the noise!
A
bout me: I’m starting my 4th year of med school, and I love to exercise. I enjoy relaxing and watching a movie, but really need some quiet in order to study. I like to have the common living areas clean and somewhat organized. I am looking for a non-smoker, female UCSF student. If you’re in medicine I can answer questions about medical school and certainly let you borrow my many books I have accumulated. Sorry no pets allowed (landlady lives upstairs, so even though I love animals they can’t live here).

Rent is $879/month plus 1/2 utilities (PG&E, water, telephone). Internet included in rent. Two parking spaces in driveway (one for each of us).
Deposit is $1000. Move in date is June 1.
Thanks,
Nadia

One bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment, $950, Available 3/15

One medium-sized, semi-furnished bedroom (bed + with beautiful built-ins) available in a well-maintained 2 bedroom apartment. It's roughly 12 x 14. Good sunlight, hardwood floors, large living/dining room shared space. Our own washer dryer downstairs. Wireless and bike storage available. Extremely centrally located- at the nexus of the Mission/Castro/Lower Haight/Hayes. 7 minute walk to the N (eg UCSF), J, and LMK lines; 10 minutes to 16th street Bart. Looking for one roommate who is mature, responsible, respectful, and pleasant to be around - no couples, please. (And no smoking or pets). I am a woman in my early 30's, nurse practitioner (UCSF grad), fairly busy, but would love to occasionally come home to chat over dinner or a glass of wine. Utilities are usually $50-70, renter's insurance 12.50 and we have every other week professional cleaning which is also $70. Photos ready to be emailed.

As I mentioned, end date is flexible. I'm open to anywhere from 2-4 months. I'm also open to a longer term situation if things work out. Drop me a line for any more details. Thanks! Kate
